Service Description

NoteHash is an anonymous note-sharing service that allows you to create and share text notes through URLs. The service operates in two modes:

• Normal Mode: Notes are encoded directly in URLs with no server storage
• Short Link Mode (Coming Soon): Notes are temporarily stored with automatic expiration

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NoteHash to:

• Share illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to breach or test our security systems
• Overload our servers with automated requests
• Share content that violates any applicable laws

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share through NoteHash. We do not monitor, review, or moderate content in Normal mode as it never reaches our servers.

For Short Link mode (when available), while we store encrypted data temporarily, we do not access or review the content.

No Warranty

NoteHash is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects or errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteHash and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoteHash, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any part of the service
• Change features, limitations, or pricing
• Suspend or terminate the service entirely

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes when possible.

Privacy

Your use of NoteHash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining a zero-knowledge architecture where possible.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
